it no longer exists?  Was it voted down and the matter completely closed?  So it is in limbo and has been for a couple of years.  If people want to, they can refer to it as the bill # as of 2006.  Do you think the Senate and the House have washed their hands of this issue completely and will never revisit it again?  Since they don't do that on other issues (as multiple bills of a similar nature are routinely proposed again after similar ones have been in limbo), why do you think they would do this to this issue?  Do you think legislators won't be able to figure out what we are talking about? 


Do you think that just because this bill is currently in limbo, that means they would never propose to revive it or create a new one like it if their constituents asked for it?
