why so unappreciative?

In Reply to: This is just your opinion. Not every MTSO or recruiter shares it. nm - ExpMT

I can tell you what EVERY employer wants--MT related or not--they want to look at stats/specs direct and to the point and not the blah, blah, blah. They want to read a resume not a bedtime story.

If an MTSO/recruiter specifically asks for a 20-year work history of EVERY job including non-MT work, trust me, you can do this without telling a story. MTSOs/recruiters don't have time.

No unappreciative - just pointing out that this is one person's opinion. sm
MTSOs and recruiters are not all the same and prefer to see different types of resumes. I know, I am a smaller MTSO, and I do not agree 100% with that opinion, as stated above.
