To get 9 cpl, from the 6 applications I've put in this week, resulting in 5 job offers and 1 employer that probably just hasn't responded yet because it has only been 24 hours since I applied, it appears that:
To get 9 cpl or more these days, one has to either be an independent contractor, a HIGH producer, be placed on a difficult (high ESL percentage) account, or work a second or third shift schedule.
I haven't seen anything for 9 cpl on straight days, regular accounts.
