Are you guys IC or SE? Do you have a FED ID #? I have a FED ID# but use my ss# when filing returns. I do not understand why some have to pay a fine and others do not, unless it depends on who reviews the returns. I also did not file electronically. would that have something to do with it? Just curious. thanks.
