no! I did not OWE anything. I had not paid quarterly and did my taxes in April. I sent in what I owed with the tax return forms. several months later I received a letter saying that due to not paying quarterly, as we are all supposed to do, I was fined 129.00 for late fees and fines for not paying quarterly. I am an IC not an SE. I live in WI. They also sent me the quarterly vouchers at the same time. I did not owe them extra by miscalculating. I did not owe from a prior year. The letter was very specific that it was due to not paying quarterly.
