I just started doing this. It seems like a good enough workout. How many calories would i burn in a 50 min session. Im bout 200 lbs, 6 ft tall. I would be anxious to here anyone elses likes and dislikes on spinning.

pizza....bagels.....hot dogs from a street cart (sorry, I will NOT do that one, don't care how many people say they are good), Philadelphia hot pretzels....chinatown, germantown, fisherman's wharf.....oh my......we are not in Kansas anymore Toto!
Pizza for sure. And a NY bagel - any special place to get authentic?  I think we will be in Manhattan or whatever is across the river from Jersey City.
I may just end up drinking in Hoboken and scrap NY entirely  Napa Valley Chardonnay is the same all over the country - no guessing on that one!!
