But who required him to get the signature? His own

school or hers? If it was his own school, that's what I'm saying, that I wouldn't have bothered telling them in the first place. I wouldn't think it was her school because I've never heard of a school requiring attendees to get permission from their other school -- their parents maybe, but school?! The whole thing doesn't make sense.

Her school required a signature for
students from other schools from their principal.
You must have come to my house a few times! This is my signature sm
recipe for southern style potato casserole. Here it is:

1 bag Oreda Southern Style Potatoes (found in frozen potato section)
1 can cream of chicken soup (never used mushroom before - not sure how that would turn out...)
1 stick of butter
1 8 oz. container of sour cream
1 package (2 cups) shredded cheddar cheese

Mix all ingredients together (make sure potatoes are slightly defrosted). Spread in 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. You can use green onion in the recipe. My husband likes to add bacon bits to the recipe.

This is the traditional southern style potato casserole.

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve warm. Everyone will LOVE it. Goes perfect with a nice steak and salad.

Good luck!
My mother has some American Signature stuff.
She likes it. It looks very nice. But, she is 76 and lives alone. Her furniture lives a gentle life. :) I don't know if that will be the case in your home.
I have three teenage boys. I bought a lot of sturdy furniture when they were little, not necessarily pretty furniture, but sturdy. I have a family room suite from This End Up. It looks like a college dorm in there, but it's still all in one piece. My plan is to pass it on to whichever young man moves into his own place first. Then I'll get something lovely! The stuff that held up the best with my three boys was the Pennsylvania House furniture that my parents bought for my bedroom when I was 16. It was an investment at the time, one of those 1970s sets that included bureau, desk and hutches and fit into a corner and down one wall. I use it in my living room now. Boy! Is that stuff well built! It might show up on the 2107 version of Antiques Roadshow! :)
Good luck! I love decorating!
American Signature Furniture is Sears brand I think

they make great furniture today...and Kenmore appliances are Sears brand and I LOVE Kenmore...I have been to an American Signature Furniture store a long time ago and I think I liked their furniture.

Very happy about the heads-up on Ashley Furniture - as I have always wondered about their stuff...so THANKS for that!

We're doing okay considering. He managed to get out jail on a signature bond
and came back here saying this is half his house and I can't force him out.  I met with my attorney who told me the only way to force him out is to file for divorce and then ask the judge for a court order to remove him from the house.  So that is what I'm doing.  My attorney is working on the paperwork, I'm gathering all up all my financials, deed to my house, etc, and he will file as soon as possible.  Until then, according to the law, I'm stuck.  As long he doesn't harm me or our kids, he cannot be forced out by an order of protection.  So my options are make him hit me or just bide my time.
probably FDA required or something....
nm
Seriously? They are not required by some IRS law?
Very interesting. So what is all the noise about 1/31 then? If they are going to give you one they must by that date so you can in turn claim that income on your forms? Thanks...
You are not required by law to let them in. sm
Have been through this once before. I hired a lawyer for $800. We refused an in-home interview and they were also not allowed to interview the kids at school. The lawyer sent them a letter stating their claim was false and we had a meeting/interview in the lawyer's office. Got a letter a few days later that the case was closed. Do not let them run over you. You do have rights!

If the ex is gone, I'd be putting his stuff on the porch and saying if it is still there in so many days, in the dumpster it goes. He can get him a storage building if he wants to tote around magazines all his life! Next time he wants food, offer to let him eat there but do not send anything or any money with him as that is making you the enabler and I doubt that money would go for food.
Yes, they should be fired and required to refund
They hurt everyone with this. It is lying, cheating and stealing.

About accounting ... you're required to have
Just so you know.
Our schools are required to perform
visual and hearing tests at certain ages. Really don't understand why you are so upset. These tests catch problems some parents are not aware of. They are not invasive, so don't see the problem.
This should be required for every U.S. medical school
(along with the mandatory course on "how to dictate").

This is so amazing on so many levels, I don't even know where to start.

Being drafted, only one year of service is required. This was the case
Can see why draft is not being sought.
