where i live, DSL/fast speed internet is not available.  AT&T is raising their internet from $9.95 to $22 which is rediculous.  I've been looking at cheap ISP and i found one called ISP.com.  Sounds good for $9.95/mo.  Anyone else use this or have a good, cheap ISP?
