I put my coffee on in the morning, turn the heater on in my office, log into my computer, put my wrist supports on, and usually am all into typing.....

recently I've found myself slacking... I get started and I'm all good for a couple/few hours and then maybe the phone rings and I decide to answer it. I may check my email or decide to throw a load of laundry in the washer, or whatever... I may just let my dogs out and then end up getting out of my typing groove. I need to be more disciplined.

I think we all have slumps.... and I tell myself "I'll do better tomorrow" but for the past couple of weeks, that just has not happened. Same thing happened this morning and now it is 5:00 p.m. and I'm going to try to play catch-up for a couple hours.

Maybe it's the weather??? ANY SUPPORT GROUPS FOR SLACKERS???????

Don't you just hate it when you are transcribing sm
concentrating real hard, and don't even realize they are there? To top it off, they speak your name and you jump out of your skin? I love my family to death but I swear I will have a heart attack some day. I have my desk situated to where all I have to do is look to my right side and can see whoever is at the door but I sometimes am concentrating so hard that I don't realize anyone is here. My youngest son (21) just did that to me-stood at the door and said "I found it". He had been looking for his college class schedule. I think I am stuck to the ceiling. Somebody peel me off.......and it is only Monday.......

Dizziness - anyone have trouble with this after transcribing all day?
Or anyone know of any help for this? The more I transcribe, the worse it is.

By not transcribing a court hearing
a woman here in town is now sitting in jail. She either did not want to or ignored not finishing a particular case and when she did so called finish, she was 90 pages short. The judge has just sent her to jail. Ekkk.
