I do not like Mike and Susan being divorced. I do not like Jackson taking his place with his son.

That is all.

Desperate Housewives
I guess I'm biased. I actually just started watching this season because of Gale Harold who plays Jackson. Love, love him. I used to watch him on Queer as Folk. I guess that's why I love Jackson. By the way, last week he suffered injuries in a motorcycle accident and was in critical condition. he was just released from the ICU.
Desperate Housewives.
I was wondering why they still have Lynette wearing a wig. Her cancer was supposed to be 5 years ago, right? And, since they have her wearing a wig, the least they could do is get her a decent looking one. Her hair looks terrible.

BTW, I don't like what they did with Gabi either. Put her back the way she was! And, while I'm ranting, give Carlos his sight back. Poor guy can't have much of a story line the way he is!
Desperate Housewives

Hey y'all need info.  i used to watch Desperate Housewives and just got tired of it a couple years ago.  Well, this past Sunday there was NOTHING else on so I channel surfed over to abc, and imagine my surprise when D.H. had gone ahead into the future!!!  I felt like it was the dream season of Dallas again, and if that doesn't date me a bit i don't know what does.  anyhow, can someone explain to me what is going on?  Why are all the kids like 6 years older now?  Was it a ghost of Christmas future thing or something?  Oh, and sorry bout the typing.  Lousy laptop keyboard is giving me fits.

TIA.

Desperate Housewives....and about Gray's Anatomy
I thought last season was so awful I may not even watch it this year. What happened there? It's too bad.
Well, Desperate Housewives was just a boring recap
of last season, anyway. But Blazing Saddles? I guess he is not as willing to compromise? lol Men! Lord help us all! They're just simple boring creatures, ain't they?
Real Housewives

Don't know why I watch this trash - perhaps to see what I'm missing since devoting myself to the "helping profession." That's a joke. I heard the big K punched her boyfriend and had charges against her and to me she is more man than woman anyway. Bethany is so full of herself she stinks. As for Simon, well I think he goes both ways IMHO. They are writing a book on child care. Did you ever see how these boys act? Well, if my name were Francois and I had to talk French I would be angry too if I were a boy. I think coming up are the Real Housewifes of New Jersey. This should be more down-to-earth and we shall see. When are they going to cover some more "normal" people? Does anyone really live like these jokesters? I feel sorry for their kids, they'll never know how the real world makes it through the day. The Countess won't allow lowly people to call her by her first name, God forbid! Disgusting but I keep watching, I don't know why. Get real, do an "ordinary housewife" for a change - Geez!

For Real Housewives fans

Luann DE Lesseps, the countess from "The Real Housewives of New York," is single. The 40-something American former model has been dumped via email by her 60-something husband Alex, with whom she has two kids.

Tuesday's NY Post confirms the rumors first reported Monday by New York Social Diary.

From the NYP:

A close pal said, "They decided to separate. She got wind he was seeing somebody and he didn't answer her when she called. He finally sent her an e-mail saying he was with an Ethiopian woman in Geneva and he was serious with her."

The revelation came as a shock to the countess, who celebrated her 16th anniversary with her husband on March 16.
"Luann was blindsided. She was just devastated," the close friend told Page Six. "They have basically lived apart for many years -- he lives in Europe and comes and goes as he pleases, but she never thought this would happen.

Monday's NYSD wrote:

Word comes from across the sea, that New York Housewives' Luann deLesseps has flown off (desperately?) to Europe to see husband Alex in an attempt to save their crumbling marriage. Alex, the Count de Lesseps has, it is said on the streets of Geneva, taken up with a beautiful Ethiopian beauty who is not only quite a bit younger than he but also quite a bit younger than his wife.

In the meantime, the sixty-something count has slimmed down, tanned up and looks years younger, according to friends, which once again raises the age-old question: Ain't love grand?

Luann plans to keep the title, though. Her book on manners, "Class With the Countess," comes out next month.

Let's Dish the Real Housewives!

I don't think I've ever had a more uncontrollable urge to stick my fist through a television set than when Kelly is on.

Kelly is such a low class, immature, little piece of trash! I never even heard of the b!itch until Housewives this year. I'm not a big fan of Bethany but her little speech she gave her at the bar (after being a half hour late!) really boiled my blood!

I don't think I've ever hated somebody on TV this much before. She totally disgusts me. I hope Bravo drops her off on whatever corner they picked her up after this season is over.

Anyway, moving on.

Ramona is such a jerk to Alex and Simon. Seems she's really holding on to the past. Her husband Mario is no better. He grates on my nerves.

I just love Jill. Can't get enough of her!  Alex and Simon have really grown on me.

It'll be interesting next week, Re: the Countess giving her 'talk' to all the middle school students on what being a Countess means, all the while knowing what a train wreck she is now!

why is it that women SEEM to be desperate in....

If things were so good with the OP with her current marriage, do ya think she'd be online reconnecting with anybody?!?!?!?!

So many women appear desperate to me in their 50s...and I don't know why because I'm in my late 50s and am never desperate sounding, appearing, etc......I just don't get it.  And no, I have chosen not to be married any longer for the past 16 years......

you know that old sayin?  want a man in my life, not in my house full time?!?!??!!

dear desperate
I'm so glad you've moved so quickly on getting help.  I'm no psychologist but if you at all don't feel comfortable w/this one, keep trying others.  Sometimes it is hard to find a good fit.  I hope your daughter sticks around til Friday to see her.  You are doing everything you can--hang in there!
Gotta be desperate for drugs. sm
Probably cocaine, powdered or even crack, but it could even be meth. It's the classic presentation--the insane behavior and desperation to get money to buy the drug of choice after being deprived for a couple of days.

You're right, best to stay away from her for good and change the locks on your doors or she could well come in while you're gone and steal everything that isn't nailed down to sell. Addicts do that all the time. So yes, please change your locks.

You cannot help this woman. She has to want help and get it for herself. Same with alcoholics, but alcohol is benign compared to cocaine and meth, and costs very little.
No Way !...only if the parents themselves are in desperate need of money...
Give him some time to 'clear his head', I would onhly charge for rent wehn he reaches the age of 21.

Let him eat as much as he wants, be happy that he does not drink, etc.......

A lot of people are so desperate for work that some will give you free bids and give you ideas while
nm
No! That sounds too desperate. TIME. Just give it TIME. If it is real, then sm
something will definitely evolve. If you like him, flirt back! Don't act desperate because if he DOES like you, then the suspense will just make him want to get to know you more. Trust me on this.

I worked in the medical records department of a hospital when I was single and dated a few co-workers in my early 30s. It was fun. Nothing serious came about any of the relationships.

This sounds like fun - the beginning of maybe something to come....Keep us informed.
