Does anyone know where to buy one of those SM

sticks with the little hand on the end for scratching?  Seriously, I have fibromyalgia and advanced arthritis, and when my back itches (like now) I can't scratch because of severe pain in my shoulders.  My mom used to have one years ago, but I have not seen one for a long time. Any other suggestions?  I know this sounds funny, but I NEED ONE!
