Don't borrow from the 401(K)!!

NO!!  Do not borrow from a 401(K) to pay credit card debt!!  If the debt is all yours, contact a bankruptcy attorney and file chapter 7 to get rid of it.  You can file BK individually.  The 401(K) is exempt from attachment in a bankruptcy.

I'm going through bankruptcy myself right now, walking away from the way underwater house (Florida), and planning to start over.  My credit card debt was incurred trying to keep the house.  Stupid move on my part.

Good luck! Things will get better.

get a cat or borrow one

and put him/her up in the attic.

seriously though, mice will eat through wires, etc. that are up there or in the walls.  try putting D-Con boxes up there if you dont mind chemicals but you will have to go up there and retrieve the bodies.

good luck!

Can I borrow him to traun my son? Please, please, can I, huh?

How many neighbors could you borrow something from?

If you're baking a cake and run out of sugar or an egg or something similar.

I've got three.

Probably borrow from his parents - sm
they are loaded, though act poor (have a couple mil in the bank). Borrow enough to a pay off the house $40K if they would go for it, and I think they would, or sell the house (borrow from them until house is sold) and either rent for a while (we'd have about $140K after the sale of the house and mortgage paid off) or buy a much smaller house. We have land we can sell too so we would not be destitute though it would cause some problems.
Borrow a cat!! Keep it indoors a week or so! (nm)

Can I borrow the "camel"? That's a great word...sm
to explain it! I feel like this child is going to come out weighing 75 pounds, 70 of which will be water! o;)
