Gassy dog

The stairs are the worst, especially since she goes up and down everytime I do.  She won't make a move without me.  In the morning, she will not get up until I do.  If I stayed in bed all day, she would never go out.  I do not feed her from the table, but she does get egg yolks and some meats if I have extra around or drop something, but always in her dish.  The other day I left a dish of black beans and burritos out on the counter and she ate the whole flippin' thing as soon as I walked out of the kitchen, so I know that had to exacerbate the situation, but this has been ongoing since we have had her, about 5 years.  What is really funny is when she farts and surprises herself, like there was someone behind her.  Recently we had a dinner party and she came sat down next to me and ripped a huge one.  There was a lull in the conversation, so everyone heard it.  I was mortified.  I think some of the people might still think it was me.   Well I have gone on and on about my dog.  By the way, I am not a potty talker in general, but this is a situation that needs to be "aired out!"  I still love my babygirl no how she smells.
