to the appointment. Make sure he tells the doctor he does not remember going to the bathroom - this could indicate he had a seizure BEFORE urination. They would be looking for different things in that case.
Syncope with micturition and defecation are not that uncommon, actually. They can result in death. It's more common with defecation, but both types can happen at any age.
