Hardly "raking it in"

Do a little research on the income levels where you get double screwed on taxes - it's called the AMT.  You lose your deductions (I don't get to write off ANY of my work expenses, as in ZERO), end up paying half your pay checks in taxes, another chunk of money come tax time, and no chance at any "stimulus" checks they send out.  Our income may be higher than some, but we end up losing a whole lot because of that difference in income.

And I was not "kicking her when she was down" I was just saying I have a hard time feeling sorry for someone who gets 0 refund when we have to pay out the wazoo.
