Has anyone had this problem?

My son has been looking for a full-time job since last June.  He has had stupid little jobs here and there while he's been looking, all of them making less than minimum wage.  Needless to say, he has fallen behind on his bills and his child support.

He has applied many, many places with no response.  Finally, he called into a bank in this area he has applied to and was very well qualified and asked why he didn't even get an interview.  They told him that they run a credit check and that his credit was bad because it showed he was behind on his child support. For that reason, they would not be able to hire him.  HOW IS HE SUPPOSED TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT WHEN HE CAN'T GET A JOB?  What freakin' bozo politician put this into play?  I'm so angry I could spit nails. 

This is going to happen to more and more people as they get laid off and fall behind with their bills.  What are people supposed to do?  This is exactly how the rich get richer and the poor get poorer.  Stuck between a rock and a hard place. It's all very frustrating.
