I have been reading this board on and off for years now, without ever actually creating an ID or posting. I've been an at-home Transcriptionist since my youngest child was born - he's now about to start kindergarten, and I'm 5 months pregnant with what looks to be twins (we'll find out for sure on Thursday), so, as my life is undergoing yet ANOTHER upheaval, I figured it was time to say hello!
