How much did you pay for gas?

I am referring to the last night you filled up your car.

Today, my little Honda Civic which holds maybe 12 gallons -- I paid $35.00 to fill the little fellow up.    I remember when I filled it up and it cost $23.00 and I was shocked.  Now, not so much shocked, just a little depressed.  I can only imagine what an SUV owner is paying.

My mom's secret to this:  Fill your tank only when it is half full.  It will take the pain away...  a little.
