How much is too much?

I like to have a glass of wine (sometimes two) or a bottle of the smirnoff ice (okay, so I'm cheap) with dinner, or right after work. It tastes good, it's calming, and often makes my dinner taste better. Now, my roommate made the comment the other day that I go through "those things" (meaning the packs of smirnoffs or wine bottles) really fast. I don't think have 1-2 drinks every evening is a lot, but maybe it is!

Do you guys often have alcohol after work/with dinner, and if so, how much? My roommate tends to get really judgy (she makes faces at me like I should be watching more carefully, if I ever bring home chocolate or chips or junk food! Like I can't spoil myself now and then ) about some things, and alcohol is definitely one of them, but it doesn't seem excessive to me at all. Just made me curious what everyone else here does!
