That's what I had with my townhouse. It was GREAT!
I still miss my townhouse, LOL.

My townhouse appreciated by $40,000 in 12 years.
But that was not expected when we bought it.

Hubby and I sold our townhouse and
bought a house with a yard for our first dog. Soon we replaced the Explorer with a minivan because it was a lower jump AND so the dogs could have AC blowers in the back. So yeah, I'm with you. But I have an hourly job now, not MT work, and DH makes decent money. Still, we're in debt, like most people. At least we bought a modest house, much less expensive than what the bank thought we COULD afford, but we know better.
