I feel for you. The same thing basically happened to me. About a year ago my 16 year old died at home. I went to check on her at about 2:00 a.m. to tell her goodbye and that it was alright to go because I knew she was very sick. No more then 3:00 later, my daughter went down to check on her and she had passed away. I think now also that I should have stayed with her. I still think about her every day. It was the anniversary of her death last week and it seemed like just yesterday that it happened. Please don't feel guilty. She knew how much she loved you and you gave her a wonderful life.
