I had a horrible mystery ailment for about a year and no one could ever figure it out. But it was very real! Not the same symptoms as you but all kinds of crazy things. My best advice is to combine what doctors are able to do to help you with nutritional medicine. Do everything you can to support your body so that it can have a chance at healing itself. Be sure to get extra sleep, even if you have to medicate. Try juicing and even some of the "green" powders you can get amd make smoothies with it etc. I thought I was going to die at one point and that no one was going to help me. Eventually, over a period of a year, I got about 99% well. I hope you feel better soon!
