No dear what he is trying to do is get out of paying child support...get yourself an attorney and then start following their advice as per the laws in your state. Don't tell him about the cc as he is not actually about to pay them off, he wants to know how much tighter he can pull your leash.

In most states or at least in mine, if he takes the kids 50% of the time, then he doesn't pay support and you have to split the kids bills so he can spend even less on them by saying that they don't need this or that or by playing stupid that he didn't know or whatever kind of control freak games he wants!!!
