Someone once told me they don't like the noise it makes when they jump on the papers on the couch and it worked. Like I said, never tried it, but you just never know..............

  - Doubt OP has 24/7 wattch dog. He knows furniture - is no-no. Need way to repel him when OP not there.
- You can buy mild shock pads to place on furniture. - Kinda like an antibark collar but for their butts.
