I need guidance

My hubby and I left my father-in-laws house 3 years ago. We have been doing fine thus far... now the father-in-law is in the hospital and is very sick (ICU).

Hubby wants us to move back with father-in-law to care for him and to help him out. No problem here, except for his(hubby's)33-year-old sister still lives there. She has no job and neither does her 30-year-old boyfriend. They do not clean, cook, or wash clothes or buy anything? The father provides everything for them.

I guess my question would be to know if this is a move you would make? I have a 2-year-old daughter and I am a little concerned with her health with the way they live? Maybe I am just being looney?

Any insight is greatly appreciated...
