I think they should have kept Sam and got rid of Marcel. Sam has done better over the course of the show, and to me that's better than getting lucky once and making a good meal.

Plus, in the last episode, they were moaning about Marcel's foams, and here he is again, with another foam!

I think the producers of the show are having more input than the judges (read: Fixed!)...since Ilan and Marcel had this rivalry, and suddenly they're the last two standing. I'm feeling cheated. ;-)
