I wish I was too

Well its not as easy as it seems to "grow a set". HA HA. My sister goes through the same thing with her husband too and I have some friends also who also have their own set of stressors. One thing I can't stress enough to anyone is DON'T GET MARRIED! It's not a picnic and the grass is not always greener on the other side. I've always been a strong person. But 2 mistakes I made in my life and they were both made without thinking (joining service at a young age and getting married after dating a few weeks). I have sure learned a lot since then and don't blindly make decisions anymore. My advise to anyone is if you want to marry, first live with them for at least 5 years. There is never any reason to jump into anything. Be your own person, know who you are and what you want in life before you give yourself to someone else. I wish society would embrace the "single" world and not make people feel like they have to be married and have kids. Sure wish I listened to the advise my dad gave me when I told him we were getting married. He said "LIVE WITH HIM FIRST!"
