see a psychiatrist to find the right medication for bipolar. I just have major depression, and even with that, I finally saw a psychiatrist for much better advice on medications. The only time I have any mania is if I am put on the wrong medication
I recently quit Cymbalta cold turkey because it wasn't helping with my apathy at all.
