I would like to pulverize UPS

I was supposed to have a VERY important time sensitive package filled with meds overnighted to me in order to be here the 22nd.  The clinic gave the pharmacy the wrong address number on it so lovely UPS has had it since.  UPS did, however, manage to mail me a postcard to the correct address telling me they couldn't find me and would be returning the package to the pharmacy on Monday so I needed to pick it up by 5:30 on Friday.  I got the postcard at 5:15 on Friday and UPS is at least 25 minutes away at that time of the day.  So I call in a panic.  They first tell me they can't deliver it until the 2nd and they will be closed until the 2nd so I can't pick it up sooner.  I have a little fit because I needed those meds a week ago and how can they figure out my correct address to send the postcard to but not deliver the package.  So they are delivering it Monday but I'm hoping the meds weren't sitting in a cold truck for a week.  Some of the meds would be ruined! 

They've also had my new transcription equipment in town since the 24th but have decided not to deliver it until the 2nd.  Couldn't get a good reason as to why. They weren't sure why it was listed as scheduled for redelivery attempt when I never got any sort of a notice that they tried to deliver it at all.
