INCOMPETENCE....AARRGGHH

Just need to take a moment to vent...one word...INCOMPETENCE...is it just me, or does there seem to be an abnormally large amount of purely incompetent people in very professional positions these days???

 Here I go...

Just received notice that my last 2 house payments had not been received and threatening foreclosure!!! Thankfully, I have the receipts where I had, in fact, made both payments...but in talking to the *person*, he seemed totally oblivious to what I was saying.  This is not the first time something like this has happened with this company...and trying to tell this guy something was impossible.  Once he discovered that I had indeed made the payments, he wanted to sluff it off...like no big deal, when in fact, I feel it is a major deal.  This is my home and credit he's messing with...uhhh...I, for one, cannot tolerate incompetence....I think it angers me more than just about anything else in this world!!! Thanks for *listening*

Well, isn't that incompetence at its finest! nm

No. In this case I believe in incompetence.

The rest of the time I believe in incredibly good luck, usually brought about because of someone else's incompetence.

…Had nothing to do with mental incompetence
Fraud yes but how do we not know the above is not verging on the same?
What incompetence! I wouldn't go back again. nm
