I never could get my pomeranian housebroke after 5 years and they said it was becuase he is a boy - he is just marking territory most of the time. I was also told if he was already around a year old that habits were going to be almost impossible to break. It might help if you have him neutered (?).

Also, if you still have puppy pads inside then he will think he can go inside. After some of these messages I read, I took up my puppy pads and am now soley concentrating on making Remy go outside to potty.
