I'd probably find a hidden away place in the house to let mama cat take care of her kittens. Then I would get mama fixed through one of the free or cheap fixing places (NeuterScooter is one of the ones near me). Then one or two of those kittens would *accidentally* find its way into my house on a more permanent basis... And the Mama would find a home somewhere. Maybe at my house... LOL!

How much does H hate cats? My H would complain for awhile but get over it. Allergies would be a mitigating factor, though...
