flower on a cake, what would you make the center yellow part out of? I'm not a chef, so I am hoping you won't say anything too fancy like merange (which I can't even spell). Long yellow marshmallows would be good, if there is such a thing.
(Technically the yellow part is the flower and the white part are bracts, if that makes it clearer).
