They give you a choice to leave you undies on or not. I leave mine on, just not comfortable in a public place without them. One hour message sounds great about now to me. Got a package for Christmas last year for message, facial pedicure/manicure. My favorite was the facial. Most relaxing. A few tips: For the message, asked them to do back first. I have problems with sinuses and having my face down in the donut made me stop up. Also, do not plan to go anywhere afterwards unless they wash your hair. Not thinking, I had a meeting scheduled directly afterwards and I went with greasy hair. Ugh.
