I just got honest with myself this past week. I started walking 5 or 6 times a week for at least 45 mins. a day. This was after I got on the scales, measured my waist as per Dr. Oz and Dr. Mike's instructions. I was amazed at myself - I am 1-1/2 times the person I should be.

Mine is emotional eating, but it's at night after I finish work and before I go to bed.

Maybe we should ask the moderator if we could have a diet/exercise board where we could check in with others when we feel the need to salve outselves with food.
