I had one come up one time and I would wrap my wrist in a tight elastic band, not as to alter movement though and especially wrapped it when not typing and mine actually went away. I worked for a group of ortho's and they did not like to do surgery on them because they said the majority of the time they would come back. You might consider having it drained (if it is not too thick to drain). I have also seen recommendations for anti-inflammatory drugs and steroid injections as well as edible terramin clay.
