I am not sure how I got matched up with a boy but I did. We wrote for about 2 years starting when I was 13. (1980) I still remember his name Woo-Sik Kim.

I would say the guy definitely Americanized during his 15 years here. After all, he spent 2/3rds of his life here. Now honestly, look at our society over the years - what is more American than using a gun to solve your problems? Gun violence is NOT part of the Korean culture.
oh but he did attend 4 yrs of school in Korea
