which really worked well. I was very pleased with the results, but recently had a maintenance colonoscopy and had melanosis coli, which was caused from heavy laxative use. Doc asked right off the bat had I been using a herbal laxative. I was caught. He told me absolutely no more laxatives, increase my fiber and use Metamucil daily. I have always had slow motility constipation with a lot of discomfort and bloating. The Dual Cleanse was wonderful, it did exactly what it claimed to do. Although I did not pass any weird items like in the pictures. Anyway, hope this helps.

Have you ever tried a neti pot to cleanse your sinus
Maybe you should ask your doctor first, but these things are great. I don't have major sinus problems, but I do have an itchy nose from allergies, and my neti pot helped me. Here's a link to amazon.com if you want to check it out.

I hate it when they say that...same with alu-min-eeum. Sounds so hoity-toity to me and makes my jaw twitch.
