which really worked well. I was very pleased with the results, but recently had a maintenance colonoscopy and had melanosis coli, which was caused from heavy laxative use. Doc asked right off the bat had I been using a herbal laxative. I was caught. He told me absolutely no more laxatives, increase my fiber and use Metamucil daily. I have always had slow motility constipation with a lot of discomfort and bloating. The Dual Cleanse was wonderful, it did exactly what it claimed to do. Although I did not pass any weird items like in the pictures. Anyway, hope this helps.
why is the semicolon key a "shift" key and the colon not a
the semicolon and it would just be easier to not have to press and hold shift every time!!!
