but my daughter had problems at school a couple years ago with other kids on the bus, she is overweight from taking steroids for the last 7 years for asthma and eczema, they always called her names but the final straw came when they actually spit in her seat - I went straight to the principal and the kids were banned from the bus and their parents made them apologize to my daughter and myself - this teachers needs to be reported, personally I would not speak with the teacher involved because it may get swept under the rug until the next little girl gets her period, her superiors need to know what she is doing. We trust our children to these people to help form their lives and what kind of message is he/she sending, that periods are bad? Most behavior is learned behavior and I certainly would not want my daughter learning this. I would go straight to the principals office and sit there until he/she listens and some action is taken. Stand up for your daughter!!
