Provigil (prescription medicaiton). This works for me. I only take it when needed, however. Ask your physician.

- I take a 20 minute nap and that helps when I get like this. - Mid-day tired also

- May be you should be evaluated for sleep apnea. - Ask your doctor regarding a pamphlet
- Exercise, take a walk, jumping jacks, crack your window, do something - different & come back to it. nm
