If everybody that had ever been called the B word in their whole life took the person who said it to court, the courts would be so full of *slanderers* that none of the true criminals would ever be put on trial.

This is where the 2nd amendment comes in handy

I think I agree with you - first amendment rights.

Personally I would come down hard on the kid at home, but if I had to I would get ACLU to defend his right to say it.

I am exercising my first amendment rights!!
