the landlord wasn't selling his house she wouldn't have a problem either.

The point was that she could end up being homeless because of having bad credit. Her point was made in response to a comment that homelessness had nothing to do with credit.

She never said the sale of the house is what caused her bad credit or was to blame for her problems. I don't get what your comment adds other than just to rub it in a little.
