More and more of this kind of thing happening all the time and it is very stressful and upsetting.  { { { { { Hugs to you!! } } } } }  It is really tough.  I remember about your son being at VA Tech that day and can only imagine what you must have been feeling then. 


Ya know, I believe the cell phone policy at our schools allows that they have them on their person, but for use only in situations like this.  I'm not sure whether they offer a warning for violators of this policy who are caught, but they will take the phone and return it to the parents, and if there is a warning then the family is made aware that the privelage will be taken away on further violation, though they may do this on the first offense.
