Do you use an automatic coffeemaker? SM
You may want to clean it out using vinegar mixed with some water. Let that go through the complete drip cycle, then rinse out. Coffee should taste better afterward.
I use Folgers Lively Colombian or get coffee at the Fresh Market. One little luxery I still afford myself, but the Folgers tastes just as good. Also, I use whole beans and use a small coffee grinder.
On another note...does the automatic cleaner work?
Wondering if I should get one.

You will lose weight, your body will be jittery, just like you were speeding. You will talk very fast, can't sit still, dry mouth, sometimes pains in your stomach, and when it wears off you will be very very tired.
You will lose weight fast, but it is difficult to maintain that loss.
I lost 40 pounds in 2 months, and guess what, I gained it back very quickly, even while staying with my exercise routine. Phentermine is very addicting, also. If you have an "addicting personality" be careful.
Personally, I would never take "diet pills" again. They have a tendancy to cause pulmonary hypertension also and make your teeth brown. Just like a "speed freak".
I have managed to eat "right" and exercise routinely, as well as drink at least 10 glasses of water daily, and lost weight and kept it off, years later, after trying phentermine.
Every one is different. Maybe it will work well for you and you will not have any side-effects.
For me, I was hyper as could be, cleaned my house every day from top to bottom. I didn't know what the heck to do with myself. It was very difficult to sit and get my MT work done.
Good luck in whatever you decide. Have you tried that Wii Lu tea (or Wu Li tea) not sure how to spell it. I hear that is the new weight loss thing now.
