I usually don't respond to these things, as I don't like to get into people's business, but when it involves animals I get upset! If I were you, I would take the dog! If you are paying for all of its medical treatment then why don't they just give you the dog? It is obvious that this woman's son cannot take care of it. If you don't want the dog, then they either need to find someone who wants it and give it away, or if it is very sick then they need to put it down. Other than that, I would not give this person any more money for anything. This woman is enabling her sons and you are allowing her to do it by helping. I know it's painful to do, but you have to tell her no! I wish you the best.
