I appreciate your post! In fact, if I have not said it, I appreciate all that have responded.

I never thought that our relationship was so thin that it could break with a name.

Also, as an update, I wrote my grandmother a letter and, in it, simply put that I love her and my Papa. I didn't know what else to say, so I didn't say anything but the three words I felt were important.
