That was part of my concern, as I was told by my sister-in-law that something similar happened at school last year and she had threatened to sue the school. I feel a lot better after talking to her and knowing that the little girl is doing well. Anymore, it seems that so many people sue over everything, so it seems that is the first thing to worry about. She does not know me or my child, and I have only met her daughter on about three occasions, so I was concerned about how she would react.
