We have a small school here, 1000 kids enrolled last year K-12. I figured it would be hard to get though. Just like getting a job in a bank here, it is about politics. Depends on who you are or actually who you are related to stands for whether or not you have the right qualifications. The only thing I could do though is apply, do some praying and leave it in Gods hands.
