actually a great place to go. We actually received better care there for our sick dogs than we did at any place other than the vet school for our sick dogs. It really depends on whether the vet(s) at a particular location are pushing the Banfield plans too hard or looking out for actual customer needs. Our vet used the plans effectively to REDUCE costs rather than sell us more than we needed.
